President

Lisa is the founder of Summit Transformation Solutions.  She is a strong leader who builds skilled and effective project management organizations. Lisa has over 16 years of experience in managing IT portfolios with global teams and budgets exceeding $30M. She is an expert at recognizing system and process interdependencies, and identifying risks and impacts across an organization. Lisa’s portfolio background includes CRM, Financial, Retail, and Insurance system implementations, as well as Data Center migrations, Disaster Recovery, and business process projects. Lisa enjoys collaborating with her team to successfully lead technical and business change across a client’s organization.


johnJohn Berkley 

Principal Consultant

John is a skilled project leader with an extensive background in information technology systems and management. With over 30 years of IT experience, John has directed teams responsible for Support Services, Quality Assurance, Application Development, Network/Infrastructure, Security Administration, Database Administration, and Data Center operations. He has overseen upgrades to mission-critical hardware, infrastructure and operating systems. In addition, John has implemented CRM, eCommerce, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, and workflow tracking programs in large corporate environments.  John has a successful track record of working with diverse client and vendor teams to implement enterprise solutions.


paulaPaula Beyer CSM

Paula is a strategic and results-driven professional with a successful career of leading programs, project teams, and operational staff for over 15 years.  She oversaw the concurrent deployment of multiple, corporate Supply Chain and Retail systems. Paula also managed the upgrade of Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll systems to cloud-based solutions. In addition, she directed projects for the enhancements of Customer Loyalty, CRM, POS, and eCommerce systems.  Paula has an extensive background in corporate financial and sales auditing functions, and has implemented successful overpayment and cost recovery programs. Paula is a multilingual project manager with proven experience in organizational change management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and process improvement.


jeffJeff Ericson, MBA, CSM, ITIL 

Principal Consultant

Jeff is an experienced IT professional with a 15-year background in project management, software development, and systems integration. He has led teams to successfully implement enterprise eCommerce, CRM, EDI, supply chain, and mobile solutions. His comprehensive knowledge of call center and telephony technologies has enabled him to lead teams that have successfully designed and implemented enterprise VoIP solutions and stood up onshore and offshore call centers. Jeff has utilized a variety of methodologies while overseeing high-profile projects from inception to closure and has broad experience managing globally dispersed vendors and project teams.  Jeff is a skilled communicator who excels in developing quality project teams and applying industry best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Barb is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of project and managerial experience. She combines strong communication and leadership skills to deliver complex projects for client organizations. Barb has direct experience overseeing the entire SDLC, from scope definition through implementation and ongoing support. She is an expert in vendor solicitation for large-scale, mission-critical projects. She also is skilled in RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Barb has overseen a contract portfolios exceeding $75M, with a proven record of negotiating Statements of Work for high-quality vendor performance. Barb’s background includes large-scale projects for legacy system modernizations, tenant construction, staff relocations, and event management.

Barb is an effective project leader with a 15-year career of providing project management, business analysis, quality assurance, and system testing excellence. She employed best practices in developing strategies and directing global test teams for 50 mission-critical IT systems, including iSeries, POS and ETL programs. Barb also oversaw the activities of large US and offshore teams, and implemented global sourcing strategies for test resources. She is well-versed in both waterfall and iterative build models, and has substantial experience with automated tools and defect management. Barb specializes in facilitating collaboration in cross-functional teams, particularly helping clients develop business requirements, use cases, and process modeling.

Justin is a Managing Partner for STS and brings 20 years of IT experience including Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and IT Leadership.  He has worked on several Mergers and Acquisitions, data center migrations and virtualization to cloud infrastructures, written corporate security policy, and has managed a globally dispersed organization.  Justin has experience in Financial, Travel, and Utility industries; understanding the business’ needs and security surrounding their practices.  Justin has a passion for bringing security and IT strategy together to securely meet the needs of the business.
